The Lancet Commission on TB describes how the COVID-19 pandemic has led to stalled progress towards the End-TB targets and endorses a new menu of tools to catalyze the TB response moving forward. The Commission outlines the high economic cost of inaction and calls on the global community to dramatically increase funding for the TB response.
